    We offer a return period of 14 days from the date you receive your order. Products must be in their original condition and unused to be eligible for a return or exchange.

  3. Refunds:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund to the original payment method used or any other method that we chose according to our internal policy. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account or to be received. And shipping fees are not refundable.

    Certain items cannot be returned, such as opened, damaged or used products.
